062068 at October 27, 2006.
Reimbursement is available under existing CPT codes :
95921 - Parasympathetic Function testing.
95922 - Sympathetic Function testing.
NOTE Required additional equipment such as:
- Tilt-Table (manual or electric) .
- Beat-To-Beat blood pressure device.
93040 - ECG rhythm with enterpretation and report.
